Return and Exchange Policy

At Eloisa, we aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

Exchange or Store Credit Policy:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Conditions for Return: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Exchange: You may exchange your item for a different size or style, subject to availability.
  • Store Credit: Store credit will be issued if an exchange is not possible. Store credit has no expiration date and can be applied to any available products in our store.

  • We reserve the right to deny any exchange if the returned item does not meet our policy requirements.
